Today, June 26, we took a short trip to York to see the Nubble Lighthouse. According to TripAdvisor, it is considered to be the "most photographed" lighthouse. It was another beautiful day. Myah drew attention from some "super hero" bikers who were riding as a fundraiser for disabled vets. We enjoyed a nice lunch at a restaurant near the lighthouse viewing area, too. They even had a treat for dogs on the menu!
Today marked our 1 week RVersary! We've lived in the RV for an entire week. I've been enjoying every minute. I feel like I am on a permanent vacation, but I know that this is not the case. Pat had to remind me today that we need to take things a little slower and not live like we are tourists on vacation. This is our new way of life, so we need to have down time some days to do the less fun stuff, i.e., maintain the RV, shop for groceries, do laundry, plan the next stop, etc. We are still learning and trying to figure out our new lifestyle. I know we are both motivated to keep moving forward.
